Due to its properties, Sanmed C460® is suitable for the production of, among others, protective suits for medical personnel and other services (rescuers, firefighters, sanitary inspectors, etc.), or other personal protective equipment.
Main features of the Sanmed C460® material:
- waterproof,
- vapor permeable (breathable),
- compliant with the ISO/TC 94/SC13 N 357 standard regarding the penetration of phage particles (phage particles, including viruses, do not penetrate),
- Oekotex standard 100 certificate,
- no skin irritation and no cytotoxic effect,
- resistant to disinfectants, washing and sterilization in autoclaves at temperatures up to 121oC,
- thermally and ultrasonic weldable.
